Phyno has appealed to social media activist VeryDarkMan to withdraw his legal case against cryptocurrency entrepreneur Blord.
The call came during Phyno’s Easter Sunday concert in Enugu, where VeryDarkMan joined him on stage in a moment that caught the attention of fans.
Blord is currently being held at Kuje Correctional Centre over allegations including criminal conspiracy, impersonation, and the unauthorised use of VeryDarkMan’s identity. The case stems from claims that Blord used the activist’s image in an advert without consent, with a court ordering his remand until April 27, 2026.
Speaking mid-performance, Phyno made a direct but calm appeal, asking VeryDarkMan to consider dropping the case, even though he admitted the conversation hadn’t happened privately beforehand. The activist, however, did not publicly respond.
The concert, put together by Director Pink, doubled as a major homecoming event and featured appearances from top acts including Olamide, Wande Coal, Cheque and Qing Madi.
Phyno also shared a personal moment during the show by bringing his daughter on stage, adding a warm touch to the event.
