Ruth Kadiri Speaks on Claims of Keeping Husband Hidden from the Public

Renowned Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri, has responded to widespread speculation that she deliberately keeps her husband, Mr. Ezerika, away from public view.

Speaking during a recent appearance on the *Dear Ife* podcast hosted by *Diary of a Naija Girl*, the actress set the record straight, clarifying that her husband is not a secret.

“For the sake of clarity, my husband is not hidden. Those close to me know him. And for me, that’s enough. I don’t feel the need to prove anything to anyone,” she said.

Kadiri explained that while her husband does participate in aspects of her public life, he chooses to remain out of the limelight. She stressed that his preference for privacy doesn’t mean she’s intentionally concealing him.

The mother of two also pointed out that her life is not as private as it may seem to outsiders, but her husband’s low-key nature means he isn’t widely recognized.

The couple got married in 2019 and have since welcomed two daughters. Despite her celebrity status, Kadiri has remained intentional about maintaining a boundary between her public career and her family life, only occasionally sharing subtle glimpses of her husband on social media.
