If there were radio gods, Onome Appeal would consider himself their messenger.

Onome is a seasoned broadcast journalist with over ten years of radio experience. He began his journey as a sports presenter, but his versatility has seen him successfully host and contribute to shows across a wide range of genres — from music and movies to politics and social commentary.

A well-rounded broadcaster, Onome is also a news editor, newscaster, and audio imaging producer. He helps brands bring their stories to life, often lending his voice as a voice-over actor. His voice has featured in projects for both local and international brands — as a narrator in audiobooks as well as voice talent in animations and commercials.

Currently, Onome is one of the hosts of Breakfast in the City, the flagship morning show on City 105.1 FM. He also serves in multiple leadership roles at the station: Assistant Head of Programmes, Head of Sports, and supervisor of the News Unit.
