2Baba Idibia Reportedly Arrested in London After Heated Argument With Wife Natasha Osawaru

Nigerian music legend Innocent “2Baba” Idibia has allegedly been arrested in London following a heated altercation with his wife, Natasha Osawaru, according to unverified reports circulating online.

The claim, first published by gossip blogger Tosin Silverdam, alleged that 2Baba missed his UK tour show scheduled for October 2, 2025, causing fans to abandon the event after his absence was confirmed.

According to the report, the altercation began shortly after the couple arrived at the airport and continued inside a taxi. Matters reportedly escalated when Natasha allegedly broke bottles during the exchange, drawing further attention to the incident.

This comes just weeks after 2Baba’s 50th birthday celebration on September 18, 2025, when Natasha, who serves as Deputy Majority Leader of the Edo State House of Assembly, publicly showered him with praises, describing him as “the anthem of love, the melody of hope.”

The couple, who traditionally wedded on July 25, 2025, are expecting their first child together. Their relationship has been highly publicised since 2Baba confirmed it earlier this year, following his separation from actress Annie Macaulay in January.
