As tensions between Iran and Israel escalate to alarming levels, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has issued a stark warning to residents of Tehran, urging them to evacuate the city immediately.

Speaking during a visit to an Israeli airbase on Monday, Netanyahu stated that Israel was actively pursuing its mission to neutralize threats posed by Iran, focusing on two key objectives: dismantling Iran’s nuclear capabilities and its missile infrastructure.

“We are on the way to achieving our two goals: the elimination of the nuclear threat and the elimination of the missile threat,” Netanyahu declared.

The Prime Minister emphasized that should Israeli forces establish control over Tehran’s airspace, they would launch targeted strikes against critical regime assets.

“If we control the airspace over Tehran, we will hit these targets – targets of the regime,” he said.

In a direct address to the Iranian public, Netanyahu issued a clear warning:

“We say to the citizens of Tehran: ‘Get out of the area!’ – and we will take action.”

Military Warning and Civilian Panic

Reinforcing the prime minister’s statement, the Israeli military issued an urgent evacuation warning to residents of a large district in Tehran spanning approximately 30 square kilometers. The area includes diplomatic missions, high-end residential neighborhoods, and major commercial hubs, and is home to around 300,000 people.

Local sources in Tehran report widespread panic, especially in western parts of the city where explosions were reportedly heard. Independent media also confirmed that airstrikes had occurred in the eastern part of the capital, intensifying fears of a broader military confrontation.

Growing Conflict and Regional Risks

The developments come amid rising hostilities between the two nations, with international observers warning that a direct military conflict between Iran and Israel could have far-reaching implications for the Middle East and global stability.

No official statement has yet been released by Iranian authorities regarding the evacuation warning or the reported airstrikes.
