Saga Explains Why He Joined Big Brother Naija

Nigerian actor and media personality Adeoluwa Okusaga, popularly known as Saga, has revealed that his primary motivation for joining Big Brother Naija was to launch his career in the entertainment industry.

Speaking in an interview with Channels Television, the 33-year-old said he was encouraged by colleagues at his engineering job to audition for the reality show.

“I went to Big Brother Naija to launch my career as an entertainer. I am an engineer. My colleagues at work begged me to go… they said I will do well,” he said.

Engineering and Entertainment: A Creative Link

Saga explained that his engineering background complements his work in entertainment, noting that both fields demand strong imagination, technical understanding, and creativity.

He added that many great artists historically shared similar dual strengths, emphasizing that engineering and art often run parallel.
