Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has expressed frustration over the overwhelming attention she receives from men on social media, revealing that thousands have flooded her inbox with marriage proposals.

Taking to her Instagram page, the actress lamented that her direct messages across different platforms have become chaotic, with messages pouring in daily from men professing love and interest.

Nkechi explained that despite blocking several accounts and adjusting her privacy settings, the messages keep coming nonstop. She noted that the situation has become exhausting and emotionally draining.

Although she admitted she is currently single, the actress stressed that she is not actively searching for a relationship, yet her WhatsApp and social media accounts remain overwhelmed with unsolicited messages.

In her words, she said:
“I have tried everything, even changing my number on Facebook, but I don’t know which video is trending. I wake up to thousands of messages from different kinds of men. I don block tire. I am single, but I’m not searching.

My WhatsApp is a mess. I have over 5,000 messages from different kinds of species called men. I am tired. How many be my body wey over 5,000 men wan marry me?”

Her rant has since sparked reactions online, with many sympathizing with her while others reacted humorously to the situation.
