Miley Cyrus Gets Engaged to Maxx Morando After Four Years Together

Miley Cyrus is officially headed down the aisle again — this time with musician Maxx Morando.

PEOPLE magazine confirmed that the 33-year-old superstar and her longtime partner, 27-year-old drummer and songwriter Maxx Morando, are engaged after dating quietly since 2021.

Rumors of an engagement began swirling on Monday night when the couple attended the Avatar: Fire and Ash premiere in Los Angeles. As they posed on the red carpet, fans quickly spotted a striking gold-and-diamond ring on Cyrus’ left hand. The custom Jacquie Aiche design features a cushion-cut stone placed on a thick 14-karat yellow-gold band.

Photos shared from Cyrus’ November 23rd birthday celebration later revealed she had actually been wearing the ring for weeks. In a post thanking fans for their birthday wishes, she wrote that all she wants at this stage of her life is more joy and more laughter with the people she loves.

The engagement marks a new chapter for Cyrus, who was previously married to actor Liam Hemsworth. The pair married in 2018 after nearly a decade of an on-off relationship but separated months later.

Cyrus and Morando were first linked in late 2021 and later revealed they initially met after being set up on a blind date.
