Ned Nwoko’s Brother Speaks on Regina Daniels’ Alleged Marital Crisis, Urges Calm

Michael Nwoko, the brother of Nigerian politician and businessman Ned Nwoko, has reacted to the viral reports of a marital crisis between his brother and Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, calling for calm and understanding from the public.

The statement comes after a video circulated online showing Regina Daniels visibly upset, with reports alleging that she had suffered domestic violence. The actress recently celebrated her 24th birthday on October 10, drawing well-wishes from fans and colleagues across the entertainment industry.

Amid the social media uproar, Regina’s brother had accused Ned Nwoko of physically assaulting the actress and sending thugs after her.

However, in a new Instagram post, Michael Nwoko appealed for privacy, stressing that the matter is a “private family issue” that will be resolved internally.

“I respectfully crave the indulgence of all fans and people of goodwill to remain calm and continue to demonstrate understanding, as whatever is happening between Distinguished Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko and his dear wife, Mrs Regina Daniels Nwoko, is a private family matter,” he wrote.
“It will be resolved internally. Thank you all, and God bless.”

Ned and Regina tied the knot on May 26, 2019, in Aniocha Local Government Area of Delta State, and have since welcomed two sons together.

While neither Regina nor Ned has issued an official statement addressing the viral video, Michael’s comments suggest the couple may be working toward reconciliation.
