Turkish giants Galatasaray have sealed a landmark deal to sign Victor Osimhen on a permanent basis from Napoli after his sensational loan stint during the 2024/25 season.

Reports from Football Italia confirm that both clubs have agreed on the full terms of the transfer, settling on the payment structure for the striker’s €75 million release clause.

Under the agreement, Galatasaray will pay €40 million upfront, with the remaining €35 million spread across two years. Napoli will also benefit from €5 million in performance-related bonuses and a 10% sell-on clause.

In a key condition, the deal includes an “anti-Serie A” clause, which prevents Osimhen from joining another Italian top-flight club within the next two years.

Osimhen’s permanent switch follows a remarkable campaign in Turkey, where he netted 37 goals and eight assists in 41 appearances, cementing his status as one of Europe’s deadliest forwards.

The 25-year-old now becomes one of the most expensive transfers in Turkish football history and is expected to spearhead Galatasaray’s ambitions in both the Super Lig and European competitions next season.
