BBNaija Star Laycon Calls Out DJ Neptune Over Unpaid Royalties

Nigerian singer and former BBNaija winner Laycon has called out DJ Neptune over unpaid royalties from their collaboration.

Laycon claimed on X that DJ Neptune has not paid him for their joint track, “Nobody (Icons Remix).”

The reality star accused Neptune of remaining silent for four years and emphasized the importance of honoring agreements in the music industry.

He wrote; “Abeg o, DJ Neptune how far my agreement and split for the ‘Nobody (Icons Remix)’ song though. Is it not still ready? Haba it’s been 4 years.”

DJ Neptune has not yet responded to the accusation. The song, which also featured Joeboy, was released in October 2020 and was dedicated to Laycon’s fans, known as Icons.
