Davido’s Father Donates One Billion Naira To Church In Honour of His Late Mother

Dr. Adedeji Adeleke, the father of popular singer Davido, has donated 1 billion naira to a Cherubim and Seraphim Church in memory of his late mother, Nnena Esther Adeleke.

On August 18, 2024, the Adeleke family attended a thanksgiving service in Lagos to honor Nnena Esther Adeleke, who founded a C&S church in Ede, Osun State. She was known as Senior Mother-in-Israel—a title now held by her daughter, Modupe Adeleke-Sanni.
