Nigerian skit maker Brain Jotter recently had the pleasure of meeting the legendary highlife singer Mike ‘Gentleman’ Ejeagha.

Ejeagha’s song “Ka Esi Le Onye Isi Oche” has surged in popularity after Brain Jotter featured it in his viral dance videos. Brain Jotter’s first Instagram clip of the dance, posted on July 5, received nearly one million likes by July 21. On TikTok, the videos have also gone viral, with numerous recreations from fans and celebrities alike.

On Sunday, Brain Jotter expressed his wish to meet Mike Ejeagha, and by Monday, he shared a joyful photo of their meeting on Instagram, hinting at an upcoming story. In the photo, Brain Jotter sits next to Ejeagha with his arm around him, captioned, “So happy I did this. Story coming soon.”

In his next post, shared on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, Brain Jotter posted an emotional video capturing his meeting with the legend, where he gave Mike Ejeagha the sum of two million naira. He also shared how he came up with the challenge and attributed the viral video’s success to God.

Brain Jotter has also cleared up the rumors and assured Nigerians that he has not made one dime from the music. He stated that all the money from the platforms has gone to the musician and his production company.
